His attractive stainless steel collection is manufactured by All-Clad. Pots and pans are constructed from durable heavy gauge stainless steel which comes with a satin finish inside the pans which helps to conceal marks caused by utensils. The interior surface was made to be non-reactive which is great for cooks. They were designed with aluminum discs on the bottoms of the pots and pans which are surrounded by a layer of steel and a layer of copper.
